Something systemically wrong with the facility . Nurses do not properly input meds into computer causing loved ones to be in unnecessary pain. I have stayed here two times in the past 3 months. Therapy, medical, and kitchen staff are excellent. I highly recommend The Pines at Philadelphia to anyone who is considering staying here.

My mom was there for rehab before and after a heart procedure. We knew about the facility because my dad spent some time there last year and the staff was great with him.. For my mom, the staff was very good with her and she was very happy with the treatment she received from Derek and Troy on a daily basis and would have taken both of them home with her if she could. I also cannot say enough about Katie the nurse manager. She and I spoke many times by phone or text when there were things that needed to be done or if I had questions about things and she took care of it. The staff is very pleasant and friendly, anyone that I passed in the hallway always greeted me. My Mother also commented to me that if you have to be in any rehab, this is the place to be. Derek was my Mom’s therapy coach, and he was incredibly good with her.
